Bill grew up on his family’s farm in Hammonton, N.J. and received a B.S. degree from Villanova and Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s with 49 years of continual practice in South Jersey handling various areas of law including all types of Personal Injury, General Practice including Wills/Estates, Real Estate, Corporations, Municipal Court and Education/School Law. Mr. Cappuccino’s experience includes a concentration in Matrimonial law, including Divorce and Child Custody throughout his career. He continues to serve as Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for the Family Court in Atlantic County.
Mr. Cappuccio’s vast legal experience further includes serving as a Municipal Court Public Defender, Prosecutor and Municipal Court Judge for 24 years in various municipalities in Atlantic County, including Buena Vista Township – Weymouth Township Joint Municipal Court, Egg Harbor City, City of Port Republic, Mullica Township, Town of Hammonton and Conflicts Judge for the City of Pleasantville. Mr. Cappuccio also served as School Board Solicitor for multiple Municipalities in Atlantic County as well.
Bill loves his sports, including the Eagles and he is also known for his musical pursuits as an accomplished singer and musician (guitarist). Bill and his Wife Bert reside in Hammonton with their blended family which includes three sons, a daughter and six grandchildren.
