Motor Vehicle Traffic Offenses and Muncipal Court.

Having served as a municipal prosecutor and defense attorney, I have successfully handled thousands of cases through the Municipal Court system since 1993.  Municipal Courts in New Jersey retain hear all traffic related matters as well as quasi criminal matters, generally referred to as disorderly persons. I routinely appear before the Courts throughout Southern New Jersey, particularly the Courts serving the Atlantic City Expressway, Garden State Parkway, NJ Turnpike and Route 295.

Areas of practice include, DWI / DUI, Careless Driving, Refusal, Drug/CDS Possession, Reckless Driving, Suspended License, Leaving the Scene, No Insurance, All Motor Vehicle Offenses, Speeding Tickets, Eluding and Resisting Arresst and Simple Assault
