Out of State Client Services

Got a speeding ticket, DWI/DUI or other traffic violation on your way to or from Atlantic City this weekend and you have a first Court date in some municipal Court somewhere off the Atlantic City Expressway, North South Freeway, Garden State Parkway Turnpike and/or Rt 295?

You need a lawyer and a postponement, but its simply too far and/or you don’t have time to travel back to New Jersey to meet with an attorney, who is experienced with handling matters before the Court in which you must appear. We are familiar with this common scenario and others like.

Our practice is particularly situated to assist out-state and out of area clients who need immediate legal representation for matters pending before the Municipal Courts in which we are experienced in appearing before routinely. Clients may arrange to retain our services with a telephone consultation and an initial retainment payment to permit our office to enter a not guilty plea on behalf of a client with the Court and to arrange for a postponement. This provides our clients with the considerable convenience to avoid missing work or from traveling long distances to meet with us in order to secure competent representation and a Court postponement. Also, aside from the most serious offenses which will necessitate significant trial preparation, many routine traffic matters will permit clients the option of meeting in person at the time of their hearing in traffic Court.

Additionally, if an out of state or area client’s matter involves a traffic offense, such as speeding, we may arrange to resolve the client’s summon’s with the Court by way of an affidavit, thus avoiding the client’s need to return to New Jersey or area to appear in Court at all. Essentially, we will appear on your behalf and resolve the case with the Prosecutor subject to your approval by affidavit and the Court’s acceptance of the plea bargain.

Our services to out of state or area clients extends to all areas of our practice. Given a routine practice before the local Superior and Municipal Courts in our area, we are readily suited to assist a client on an emergent basis to assist in immediate legal representation in criminal matters to conducting evidence preserving investigation of local accident scenes in personal injury related matters.

If you would like to learn more about how we may assist you feel free to respond by email or by calling toll free at 1-(877) 488- 8100 to speak with us today.

  2. Note all charges motor vehicle or otherwise will likely be accepted by the court by affidavit. It will be necessary to discuss your particular situation with us to determine if your case could be resolved without your in Court appearance.
